I am very annoyed at being sent this email when you have not resolved the issue of sending me the wrong shoe size. It has been 14 days since you people took my money and ran off with it. I had to beg for a replacement and then beg for a refund. You customer service agents have been stalling and taking as long as possible all while my money is in limbo. The only solution you have offered is for me to return the shoes and pray that you send me another one of the right size. Why should I use my ink and paper to print out a shipping label, use my gas to drive to USPS, package the shoes myself, and then wait another week for shoes that may not be the right size and probably will never arrive? I feel like I have been scammed, solely based on this company's refusal to take responsibility for resolving the issue they created and instead making it my responsibility to resolve the issue they created.
