The Berlin marathon goes down this coming Sunday. This marks the start of the seven-week string of World Marathon Majors and the return of mass participation. Indeed, a busy racing season!

More shoes are on the way

We have been eagerly waiting for Enda Itens, and additional colorways of the Enda Lapatets to arrive in our respective fulfillment centers.

You have definitely spotted some of them on our Instagram profile. Here is the good news, this is the week! Shoes are leaving Kenya for the US this week.

There are limited color options per style, so make sure to grab your favorite as soon as you spot it😍!

9.77 Omanyala runs 2nd fastest time in the world

Kenya’s sprint King and now the fastest man in Africa is no doubt destined for greatness. Ferdinand Omanyala wrapped up his great season this past weekend at the Kip Keino classic by beating sprint legend and former Olympic champion Justin Gatlin.

Kipyegon and  Keter win 1500m races at Kip Keino classic.

Double Olympic champion and Diamond League 1500 champion Faith Kipyegon easily retained her title at the Kip Keino Classic this weekend. Faith timed 4.02.41 to win the race beating Ethiopian Axumawit Embaye who finished in second place. In the men’s 1500 race world under-20 1500m champion won the race in absence of defending champion Timothy Cheruiyot. 

Helen Obiri wins Great North run 

After retiring from the track, Helen now brings the action to road racing. 

In a very strong field with great athletes, Helen Obiri who was the crowd's favorite won the half marathon in 1:07:42. A tight race that saw Obiri sprint to finish first a mere six seconds ahead of U.K.'s Eilish Mccolgan who finished in 1:07:48. Charlotte Purdue finished in third place in 1:08:49.

Bromell displays humanity

They say part of being a person is about helping others and Bromell displayed just that this past weekend at the Kip Keino classic when he handed his spikes to a fan. Bromell who won the race in 9.76 to run the fastest 100m of 2021 shared this on TwitterGrowing up, me and my coach was at a meet and ask one of track and fields previous WRH for an autograph. He looked at us and kept it moving. I made a promise to never do that. I never forgot that moment.”

Francine sets 2000m World Record

Burundian Francine Niyonsaba broke the world record in the 2000 meter race in 5:21:56 on Tuesday in Zagreb. Freweini Hailu, who finished fourth at the Olympic Games in the 1500m in Tokyo, finished second in 5:25.86 setting the Ethiopian record.
