Event Overview
Enda Open Studios is an intimate platform created by Enda Sportswear to host conversations that extend beyond the room. Each edition is curated intentionally, with speakers, audience, and theme selected to create depth and continuity.
This New York edition, developed in partnership with Kilomba Collective, centers leadership in the age of artificial intelligence through the lived experience of a Black Brazilian woman who built her career inside Silicon Valley.
This is an AI leadership event NYC focused not on product, but on power, language, scale, and access. The conversation approaches artificial intelligence as more than technical transformation. It examines AI as structural change, institutional negotiation, and political positioning.
The gathering brings together leaders, researchers, investors, founders, and operators engaged in shaping the future of technology.
Why This Conversation Exists
The AI era requires more than technical adaptation. It requires leadership literacy. Artificial intelligence is restructuring institutions, economies, and public discourse. At the same time, it is redistributing power and redefining legitimacy.
This conversation addresses:
-
AI political discourse and what is framed as inevitable
-
Invisible codes of authority and reputation inside Silicon Valley
-
Structural disputes embedded in AI systems
-
What leadership requires that cannot be automated
The intention is intellectual rigor grounded in real experience.
Women in AI. Women in Tech Leadership. Women Shaping AI.
This edition intentionally centers women operating at global scale in technology and institutional leadership.
The conversation reflects a broader shift in who defines the future of AI. It creates space for Women in AI and Women in tech leadership to speak from positions of influence, not commentary.
This is not a diversity panel but it is a strategic leadership discussion. The room is limited to thirty guests to maintain depth and continuity.

Four Core Lenses Guiding the Conversation
-
Movement as leadership
Crossing systems, shifting scale, and building the future while in motion. -
Invisible codes of power
Authority, legitimacy, reputation, and access within Silicon Valley. -
AI as structural dispute
What is being normalized as inevitable. What is being sold as progress. What is being redistributed as power. -
What remains human
What cannot be delegated, outsourced, or replicated in an era of automation.
