Enda 5k Walk-Run Challenge

This Challenge (the "Challenge") and competition (the “Competition”) is open to entrants aged 18+ in the United States only. The Challenge opens at 00.01hrs on May 5, 2022 and closes at 23.59hrs on May 14, 2022. Entrants who complete the challenge (the "finishers") and enter their email information on Enda’s website, will each receive an exclusive 20% off coupon code for use on any purchase over $130, excluding final sale items. By participating in the Challenge, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the full terms and conditions.

The Challenge

The Enda 5k Walk-Run Challenge is for Strava members 5k of recorded activity within the challenge period. All completers of the Challenge are given the opportunity to redeem an exclusive coupon reward valid for 20% off any purchase over $130, excluding final sale items at endasportwear.com by entering in their email address and opting in to accept Enda’s Data Policy and Terms and Conditions as well as opting in to receive marketing communications from Enda.

The Competition

The competition to win a 1 of 5 Enda Gift Cards worth $150 and is for challenge completers who complete 5k of recorded activity overall. The winner is chosen at random from the entire database of completers who complete the challenge.

Terms & Conditions

By entering the Challenge, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and all entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

How to Enter

Eligibility: The Challenge and Competition is open to Strava users aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Challenge and Competition.

Entry: Entry to the Challenge and Competition is available upon use of Strava. The Challenge starts and ends based on each user’s local time zone. Manual entries, or rides marked ‘Private’ will not count towards your challenge effort. All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the challenge ends.

  1. No purchase necessary.
  2. Entry Period: Opens at 00.01hrs on May 5, 2022, closes at 23.59hrs on May 14, 2022.
  3. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Challenge & Competition. Entrants who do not give correct details will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  4. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for entries or claims which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Challenge & Competition.
  5. Upon completion of the challenge, each finisher will be eligible for a coupon for 20% off $130 or more (excluding final sale items)  for use on all orders with a pre-discount value of over $130.00 (excluding all final sale items). Challenge finishers will receive an email containing a link to a page on Enda’s website. Users will be required to sign-up for email in order to receive Enda’s email newsletter, as well as the discount vouchers and sweepstakes entry. After subscribing, a participant can unsubscribe at any time, and receive no further communication from Enda, yet retain the validity of their reward. All entrants must be over 18 years old and live in the United States of American, and must abide by the competition Terms & Conditions

Reward & Prize Information

  1. Reward: Each Finisher will receive a coupon code valid for 20% off $130 or more (excluding final sale) for use on Enda’s website in the USA www.endasportswear.com. The coupon code requires a minimum order of $130.00 (so a minimum spend of $130.00 before the reward is applied). If items purchased with the voucher are returned only the discounted price will be refunded. The unique discount code can only be used once per person. Only one discount voucher can be redeemed per single transaction. The offer excludes the purchase of gift cards and final sale items. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice. The discount coupon expires on June 30, 2022.
  2. Winner notification: Finishers will be notified by Strava upon completion of the Challenge period and directed to claim the prize via email.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name, photograph, likeness and country of the Winner or to publicize the Competition or the prize-giving presentation, in any and all media that the Promoter desires, after the date of the Competition close date and within a year of this date.
  5. The Winner agrees to take part in such reasonable Competition-related publicity as the Promoter may require and accepts that the Promoter may publicize images/statements in connection with/resulting from this Competition.
  6. Prize: 5 Gift Cards valued at $150 will be selected on the May 19, 2022 from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depends on the number of entries received. In order to enter, complete the challenge and upload activities to Strava.
  7. In order to claim the 20% off $130 or more (excluding final sale) coupon code offer all challenge completers must enter their email address into the reward form to receive Enda's email Newsletter and accept Enda's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any point thereafter and still receive/use their reward.
