Exchanges and returns
Exchanges: If your product is not a good fit, please don’t take them out for a trial run, just put them back in their original bag and reach out at email@example.com. We'll send you a return label for the shoes.
Given limited stock, we may be out of supply for your requested size or color, and thank you for your patience if this means we aren’t able to get you your desired exchange product immediately.
Returns: We accept returns only if the product is still new and in its original package. Your refund will be processed within 30 days after we've received and inspected the product. Check our exchange policy for more. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable
